Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using software such as Unicommerce, EasyCom, Shopify, or company-specific systems, and possess strong Excel skills for data analysis and inventory management. The Store Manager will also be responsible for managing stock, maintaining an efficient racking system, and leading a team to ensure exceptional customer service and store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning, high standards of customer service, and store cleanliness.
Efficiently manage inventory using software (e.g., Unicommerce, EasyCom, Shopify) and ensure proper stock levels and stock rotation.
Maintain an organized racking system for easy stock retrieval.
Supervise and train a team of staff members, schedule shifts, and ensure performance goals are met.
- Analyze sales and inventory data using Excel and other tools to optimize store performance and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional service to customers, resolve complaints, and build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock levels, and staff performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of retail management experience, store management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills:
- Proficient in using software such as Unicommerce, EasyCom, Shopify, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and racking systems.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Preferred:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrated retail systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
