Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Qualify leads, capture customer requirements, and update CRM or lead registers.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for sales team.
- Provide product and project information clearly and accurately.
- Handle objections and close basic queries to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Prepare daily call reports and maintain call logs.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 2–3 years in real-estate telecalling or sales support.
- Education: Minimum high school; diploma or certificate in sales/communication preferred.
- Skills: Strong phone etiquette; persuasive speaking; basic CRM familiarity; good record-keeping.
- Personal traits: Target-driven, patient, professional, and punctual.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
