The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, organised, and "food-obsessed" Video Editor to join our team. You will be the primary bridge between our photographer, videographer, and our internal Client Servicing team. Your goal is to ensure that our clients’ visions are translated into impactful digital Content and assets, and that the project is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, story-driven video content for digital and social platforms
- Design and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and transitions
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project briefs and deliverables
- Manage color grading and audio mixing to ensure broadcast-quality output
- Create short-form video assets for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and archives in shared storage
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Stay updated on visual trends in video, design, and social media content
Technical Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro - Video Editing
- After Effects - Motion Graphics
- illustrator / Photoshop - Design Assets
Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience - Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. 1–2 years of professional or freelance video editing and motion graphics work.
- Portfolio - A strong demo reel or portfolio demonstrating editing style, motion design sensibility, and range across content types.
- Attention to Detail -Keen eye for visual composition, timing, pacing, and typography in both video and motion design contexts.
- Communication & Collaboration - Ability to take and incorporate creative direction clearly, work well in a team, and communicate proactively on project status and timelines.
- Time Management - Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude toward revision rounds and shifting priorities
