Job Description:
Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and target-driven Cluster Manager for the Loans & Insurance division. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, handling teams, generating business, and achieving sales targets in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sales teams across assigned locations
- Drive business growth for loan and insurance products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Coordinate with branch teams and management
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Generate leads and ensure successful conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI, loan sales, or insurance sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in team handling and field sales operations
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
