Job Summary
We are looking for MBA Marketing graduates or students who are passionate about sales, marketing, and business development. The candidate will support the marketing and sales team in promoting products, building client relationships, and increasing business with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes (HORECA), Retail stores, and Home Bakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes).
- Promote company products such as frozen foods, dairy products, sauces, and bakery ingredients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and delivery.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing (Final year students / Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in sales and field marketing
- Basic knowledge of FMCG / Food industry is an added advantage
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
