Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of consumer products while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Works closely with suppliers, inventory teams, and management to maintain optimal stock levels and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for consumer goods.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Track deliveries and resolve supply issues.
- Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Analyze purchasing trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
