Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers
- Ensure effective product availability and visibility across outlets
- Monitor and improve secondary sales performance
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
- Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities
- Track competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline
- Maintain daily sales reports and submit performance updates to management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery

- Sales volume and revenue achievement
- Distribution expansion (new outlets / distributors)
- Market coverage and outlet penetration
- Collection efficiency
- Visibility and merchandising standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local market and territory
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
