▸ Lead time study and capacity planning projects independently
▸ Drive line efficiency improvement initiatives across multiple production lines
▸ Analyse macro-level production losses, idle time, and workflow inefficiencies
▸ Support layout redesign and material flow improvements
▸ Mentor junior IE team members and review their analyses
▸ Prepare MIS reports and present findings to production management
▸ Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
▸ Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery
▸ Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, PPC, Quality & HR teams
▸ Support factory layout improvements for better material and manpower flow
▸ Maintain accurate production, capacity, and efficiency data
QUALIFICATIONS
▸ B.E. / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
▸ MBA in Operations / Manufacturing (preferred for Manager level)
▸ Prior experience in Home Furnishing, Textile, Garment, or Manufacturing Industry preferred
