Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers at the counter and take orders
- Explain menu, combos, offers and recommend add-ons
- Process orders and ensure billing accuracy
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order preparation
- Pack and hand over takeaway/delivery orders accurately
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized and presentable counter
- Follow service, hygiene and food safety SOPs
Pay: From ₹19,000.00 per month
