As Infrastructure Consultant you are responsible for operating independently on day-to-day operations while collaborating with senior architects for complex decisions. You are also beginning to bring junior colleagues up the curve.
This role demands to own the environment and be the point of contact for the customers you support.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage DEV, QA, UAT, and Production 3DEXPERIENCE environments
Configure and maintain platform security, access controls, and collaborative spaces
Execute platform upgrades, hotfix installations, and patch management activities
Manage application server configurations and coordinate database maintenance
Lead L2 technical investigations and perform structured root cause analysis
Resolve performance-related incidents and coordinate with Dassault Systèmes support
Develop operational scripts to automate recurring maintenance tasks
Monitor and improve alerting and observability coverage across managed environments
Perform backup and recovery validation; support DR testing exercises
Support platform governance activities and contribute to customer reporting
You have 3–6 years of experience in enterprise application or PLM infrastructure support
You take end-to-end ownership of customer issues without needing to be chased
You proactively identify risks before they become incidents
You are structured in your problem-solving — RCA is how you think, not a compliance exercise
You communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical customer contacts
You are comfortable managing multiple environments simultaneously under operational pressure
You see automation as a natural part of your toolkit, not an advanced skill
