Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to align with business objectives. You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and innovative.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
