We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structural BIM Engineer I to support the development of BIM models for US-based wood/timber projects. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of structural BIM modeling in Revit and a willingness to learn US standards, timber construction systems, and BIM workflows under the guidance of senior team members.

Develop and update 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Assist in preparing framing plans, sections, elevations, and structural detailing for US projects.

Support modeling of light wood framing and timber structural systems under senior guidance.

Learn and use timber modeling add-ins such as AGACAD Wood Framing or similar tools.

Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to resolve design and modeling issues.

Assist in clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar BIM tools.

Prepare construction documentation and shop drawings as required.

Follow company BIM standards, project workflows, and quality procedures.

Maintain model accuracy, file organization, and version control.

Participate in project coordination meetings and implement review comments.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in Structural BIM Modeling.

Internship or academic project experience in Revit Structural or timber projects will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Structural).

Understanding of structural drawings and construction documentation.

Familiarity with wood/timber structural systems is preferred.

Basic knowledge of BIM coordination concepts.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Exposure to AGACAD Wood Framing or similar Revit add-ins.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Familiarity with Navisworks.

Understanding of LOD concepts and BIM standards.

Exposure to Dynamo or parametric modeling is an added advantage.
