Core Responsibilities
- Plan Interpretation: Reviewing structural drawings and blueprints to ensure all framing, concrete pouring, or steel erection meets exact engineering specifications. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Quality Assurance: Inspecting the installation of reinforcement steel (rebar), formwork, and structural connections to prevent defects and ensure structural integrity. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing OSHA or local safety regulations, ensuring all workers wear proper PPE, and conducting daily hazard briefings to prevent accidents. [1, 2]
- Resource Management: Coordinating the daily allocation of laborers and heavy equipment (cranes, hoists) to optimize site logistics and workflow. [1, 2]
- Schedule Tracking: Monitoring daily progress against project milestones, identifying potential delays, and coordinating with project managers or structural engineers. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
