Roles & Responsibilities:
Product & Service Learning
Understand the company’s products, services, and business model thoroughly.
Learn about customer pain points and how the company solutions addressthem. Participate in training sessions and internal knowledge-sharing activities.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Conduct business and market research to identify potential clients.
Generate leads through:
o Cold Callingo LinkedIn Outreach
o Email Communication
o Online Research
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Appointment Booking & Client Interaction
Schedule meetings and appointments with interested prospects.
Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
Maintain proper communication records and CRM updates.
Demo Presentation & Sales Closure
Deliver product/service demo presentations to clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Convert qualified leads into successful business deals.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with clients
Basic understanding of sales and business development
Ability to learn quickly and adapt
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional communication is a plus
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
