Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and a strong focus on accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into computer systems and databases.
- Verify and maintain the accuracy of records and information.
- Prepare reports and maintain digital and physical files.
- Scan, organize, and manage documents.
- Perform data verification and correction as required.
- Handle office emails and basic documentation work.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and update information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Intermediate with good computer knowledge.
- 0–3 years of experience in Data Entry or a similar role.
- Freshers with good typing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet applications.
- Good typing speed in English (Hindi typing will be an added advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
