Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
· Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
· Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
· Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Employee Lifecycle Management
· Handle employee onboarding and induction.
· Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
· Conduct exit interviews and retention analysis.
HR Operations
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
· Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
· Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS data.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration.
Payroll & Compliance
· Coordinate payroll processing with finance/accounts team.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
· Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
· Handle audits and compliance documentation.
Performance Management
· Implement KPI/KRA-based performance evaluation systems.
· Conduct appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
· Support managers in employee development planning.
Employee Engagement & Culture
· Plan employee engagement activities and events.
· Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
· Promote a positive and productive work environment.
· Strengthen employee relations and organizational culture.
Learning & Development
· Identify training needs across departments.
· Organize internal and external training programs.
· Monitor employee skill development initiatives.
HR Reporting & MIS
· Prepare HR dashboards and monthly reports.
· Analyze attrition, hiring, attendance, and productivity metrics.
· Provide HR insights to management for decision-making.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
