New Product Development
- Handle complete NPD lifecycle for brass precision components.
- Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications and development approvals.
- Prepare feasibility reports for new components and assemblies.
- Develop prototypes and monitor sample submissions.
Process Planning & Engineering
- Prepare process flow, routing, and operation sequences.
- Coordinate with tooling, production, and quality teams for development trials.
- Optimize machining parameters for productivity and quality improvement.
- Support fixture, tooling, and gauge development activities.
Production Coordination
- Ensure smooth transition from development stage to mass production.
- Monitor pilot batch production and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with PPC, production, and QA departments for timely execution.
- Track development timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
Quality & Documentation
- Prepare PPAP/APQP-related documents if required.
- Maintain development records, BOMs, process sheets, and technical documents.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Ensure compliance with customer standards and internal quality systems.
Vendor & Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for raw materials, tooling, plating, and outsourced operations.
- Attend customer meetings related to development status and technical discussions.
- Support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
