We are looking for an experienced Washing Master to manage garment washing operations, ensuring high-quality finishes while maintaining production timelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with different garment wash techniques, chemical handling, and quality standards in the apparel manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily garment washing operations.
- Execute various wash techniques such as:
- Enzyme Wash
- Silicon Wash
- Stone Wash
- Acid Wash
- Bio Wash
- Softener Wash
- Pigment Wash
- Vintage Wash
- Bleach Wash
- Ensure garments achieve the required shade, feel, appearance, and quality.
- Prepare and monitor wash recipes, chemical dosages, and process parameters.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Quality teams for timely order completion.
- Minimize rejections, damages, and washing defects.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Maintain washing records, batch reports, and production documentation.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of chemicals following safety guidelines.
- Train and guide washing operators and helpers.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Washing Master in the garment/apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment washing processes, chemicals, and fabric behavior.
- Experience handling denim, cotton, knitted, and woven garments.
- Ability to troubleshoot washing defects and improve productivity.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of quality control standards in garment manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of production planning and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
