We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Seller Account Manager to manage and grow seller accounts on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Amazon Seller Central, optimizing listings, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Amazon Seller Accounts (A to Z handling)
- Create & optimize product listings (SEO-friendly titles, bullets, descriptions)
- Handle inventory, order processing & returns
- Monitor account health & ensure compliance with Amazon policies
- Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
- Analyze sales data & improve performance
- Manage customer queries, feedback & reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalog, creatives & marketing
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Experience in Amazon PPC (Sponsored Ads)
- Understanding of SEO & keyword research
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Basic Excel / reporting knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (Marketing / Business preferred)
- Certification in Amazon or Digital Marketing (Plus Point)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Flipkart or other marketplaces
- Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
- Understanding of e-commerce trends
