Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CA Inter professional with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting functions. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
* Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports
* Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
* Assist in internal and external audits
* Ensure timely closure of books of accounts (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
* Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities
* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
Key Requirements
* CA Inter qualified (IPCC)
* 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
* Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
* Experience in manufacturing or ferro alloys industry preferred
* Exposure to cost accounting and inventory management is an advantage
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
