Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and performance-driven professionals for Quality Team Leader and Training Team Leader positions within our BPO operations.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing quality/training functions, supporting team performance, and ensuring process excellence.
1. Quality Team Leader – Inbound

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality team for the inbound process.
- Monitor quality performance and process adherence.
- Conduct quality audits and identify performance gaps.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
- Analyse quality reports and identify recurring issues.
- Work closely with Operations and Training teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and process requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quality Team Leader in a BPO/inbound process preferred.
- Experience in BPO Quality/Quality Assurance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good understanding of quality metrics and performance management.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 CTC/month
2. Training Team Leader – BPO
Openings: 1
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the training team.
- Plan and monitor training programs for new and existing employees.
- Ensure effective onboarding and process training.
- Conduct training assessments and identify learning gaps.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance.
- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams.
- Coach and mentor trainers to improve training delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Training Team Leader / Training Manager preferred.
- BPO training experience required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of training processes and performance management.
- Ability to manage and develop a team of trainers.
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC/month
