Sales Executive - Intermediate Associate (Furniture & Interiors)
Drive sales growth across furniture projects, loose orders, and retail segments while delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with WITHIN's luxury design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through walk-in customers, referrals, architects, designers, and existing client networks
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to effectively communicate WITHIN's design philosophy and offerings
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and proposals to maximize conversion rates
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across all product categories
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business growth
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey, from enquiry to project completion
KPIs
- Monthly and quarterly sales revenue against targets
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate
- Average transaction value
- Number of new clients acquired
- Repeat business and referral business percentage
- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores
- Timely closure of sales opportunities
- Accuracy and maintenance of CRM and sales records
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Additional certifications in Sales, Retail Management, or Customer Relationship Management preferred
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in luxury furniture, interior design, home décor, real estate, or premium retail sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience handling HNI clients and professional stakeholders such as architects and interior designers is preferred
- Understanding of furniture, interiors, and design-led sales environments will be an advantage

Pay: ₹9,106.15 - ₹80,000.73 per month
