About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to build and manage the personal brand of our Director across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, social media trends, and audience engagement. This role requires someone who can transform ideas, experiences, and expertise into compelling content that strengthens the Director's online presence and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a personal branding content strategy for the Director. Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Write high-quality posts, articles, captions, scripts, blogs, and thought leadership content. Plan and manage content calendars aligned with branding objectives. Coordinate content shoots, interviews, and recordings with the Director. Create or collaborate on visual content, including reels, short videos, graphics, and presentations. Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas to improve engagement and visibility. Track content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights. Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and professional image across all platforms. Engage with followers and manage online reputation where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in content creation, personal branding, social media management, or digital marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong storytelling and content writing abilities. Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva and video editing tools is preferred. Ability to independently manage content planning, execution, and deadlines. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
