We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and expand our CCTV and security system business in Trichy and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for dealer development, installer network building, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and appoint new dealers in Trichy region
- Build and manage installer network
- Achieve monthly sales targets (₹15–₹20 lakhs)
- Conduct field visits and meet dealers regularly
- Promote CAMCARE products in local market
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales
- Support dealers with product training and marketing materials
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales/marketing (CCTV / Electronics preferred)
- Strong dealer handling skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Must be willing to travel locally
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
