Key ResponsibilitiesA. Clinical & Patient Care LeadershipEnsure implementation of nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical protocols as per NABH, NMC and hospital guidelinesMonitor quality of nursing care in wards, ICU, OT, OPD, Emergency and specialty unitsConduct regular patient rounds and address patient/guardian grievances related to nursing careEnsure infection control, biomedical waste management, and patient safety practices are followedB. Administration & OperationsManpower planning, duty rosters, leave management and performance appraisal of entire nursing staffBudget planning for nursing department including consumables, equipment and trainingCoordinate with HODs, Medical Director and other departments for smooth patient flowMaintain nursing records, reports, audits and documentation as per statutory requirementsC. Staff Development & TrainingPlan and conduct in-service training, CNE programs, and skill upgradation for nursesRecruitment, induction, orientation and mentoring of new nursing staffHandle disciplinary matters and promote a culture of accountability and teamworkD. Quality & ComplianceLead NABH/NABL audits and ensure all nursing parameters are audit-readyImplement and monitor KPIs: bed occupancy, nursing hours, pressure ulcers, falls, medication errorsEnsure adherence to hospital policies, government regulations and ethical standards4. Required QualificationsEducation: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing. Post Basic B.Sc also considered.
Additional certification in Hospital Administration / Nursing Administration preferredRegistration: Valid registration with UP Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council5. ExperienceMinimum 10-12 years of clinical experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role as Nursing Supervisor / Deputy Nursing Superintendent in a 100+ bedded NABH accredited hospitalExperience in multispecialty hospital with ICU, OT, Emergency preferred
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
