Business Development Executive (Sales) - Malayalam Speaking
Experience: 1+ Years in B2C Sales (Edtech sales exp will be an advantage)

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for driven sales executives who are passionate about guiding learners and achieving sales targets and getting rewarded heavily for it.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads from ads and social platforms
- Call, follow up, and convert interested prospects into enrollments
- Clearly explain course content, mentor profiles, career outcomes, and pricing
- Handle queries/objections confidently
- Update lead statuses, follow-up notes, and daily reports in CRM
- Work closely with the Sales TL and report daily performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2C sales
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Strong communication and sales closing skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and remote communication
- A self-starter who thrives on targets and takes complete ownership
- Must have a stable internet connection and quiet workspace
