Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to guide students and drive course enrollments for our Kozhikode branch. The role focuses on counselling, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on courses, career options, and programs
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Convert leads into paid enrollments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups and student relationships
- Explain course features, fees, and benefits clearly
- Update and track leads using CRM systems
- Coordinate with teams for admissions & onboarding
Key Requirements
- Freshers or 0–3 years experience (Sales/EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Passion for sales and counselling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in EdTech / Education sales / Counselling
- Fluent in English & Malayalam
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
