Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales Order Management
1. Prepare and process quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
2. Verify pricing, approved discounts, and payment terms before order confirmation.
3. Ensure accurate ERP/system entry of orders.
4. Maintain and update order tracking sheets.
5. Coordinate for order amendments and revisions.
B. Coordination & Follow-Up
1. Coordinate with production for order planning and timelines.
2. Follow up with dispatch for shipment scheduling.
3. Update sales team and customers regarding delivery schedules.
4. Escalate urgent or delayed orders to management.
5. Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capacity.
C. Customer Communication
1. Respond to customer inquiries and RFQs.
2. Share product details, technical datasheets, and compliance documents.
3. Maintain CRM/customer database updates.
4. Handle basic after-sales support and service coordination.
5. Maintain professional communication via email and phone.
D. Documentation & Commercial Compliance
1. Prepare and maintain sales MIS reports.
2. Track outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts for follow-up.
3. Maintain customer documentation (KYC, agreements, purchase orders).
4. Ensure proper filing of quotations, approvals, and correspondence.
5. Support audit and compliance documentation as required.
E. Sales Support & Reporting
1. Maintain sales pipeline records.
2. Assist in target tracking and performance summaries.
3. Prepare periodic sales summaries and status reports.
4. Support tender documentation and submission processes (if applicable).
5. Analyze repeat orders and customer purchase patterns.
Required Skills

Qualification & Experience:
1. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
