Job Summary
The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock availability, minimizing losses, and supporting smooth operational flow. The role includes stock monitoring, verification, reporting, and coordination with purchase and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track inward and outward stock movement.
2. Stock Verification
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification.
- Ensure system stock matches physical stock.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies.
3. GRN & Issue Handling
- Verify and record GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock received and issued.
- Coordinate with purchase and stores for accurate stock entry.
4. Damage & Expiry Control
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items.
- Maintain records of stock losses and coordinate for disposal/return.
- Implement measures to reduce wastage.
5. Inventory Control Practices
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for stock rotation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
- Maintain stock hygiene and organization.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare inventory reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Maintain stock registers and audit records.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
7. Coordination
- Work closely with purchase, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Support smooth supply chain and outlet operations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory/ERP systems & MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of stock management processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain / Any field)
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory/store management (FMCG/F&B preferred)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
