Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, obtaining competitive quotations, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Source vendors and suppliers for commercial interior materials and services.
- Obtain and compare quotations based on project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate the procurement process.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Design Team regarding material requirements.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery.
- Track material orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project budgets.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of commercial interior materials and vendors.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Understanding of BOQs, material specifications, and project schedules.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/Procurement software (preferred).
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in procurement and sourcing for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously will be an added advantage.
