Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates
- Managing job postings across various hiring platforms
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring timely closures
Required Hiring Experience
Candidates must have experience recruiting for positions such as:
- SEO Executive / SEO Manager
- eCommerce Manager
- Amazon Account Manager
- Google Ads / PPC Specialist
- Social Media Manager
- Digital Marketing Executive
- Content Marketing Specialist
Requirements
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
