Key Responsibilities1. Training & Student Development
- Instructional Delivery: Deliver comprehensive, practical training sessions in digital marketing to students.
- Skill Evaluation: Assess individual student strengths, identify areas for improvement, and tailor guidance to build their confidence and technical capability.
- Professional Grooming: Transform students into professional executives by improving their overall quality, work ethic, and job-readiness.
- Interactive Learning: Plan, organize, and execute engaging workshops, seminars, and events to elevate student skills and keep classroom energy high.
- Assessments: Schedule, conduct, and evaluate regular tests and examinations; closely coordinate student performance data with the academic counseling team.
2. Placement Assistance & Admissions Support
- Employability Training: Prepare students to successfully clear job interviews using their newly acquired digital marketing skill sets.
- Placement Coordination: Actively assist and coordinate placement opportunities to ensure students land relevant industry roles.
- Demo Sessions: Conduct high-impact, engaging demo classes for prospective students to assist the admissions team in securing new enrollments.
3. Institute Digital Marketing (Brand Visibility)
- Organic Marketing: Execute day-to-day digital marketing activities for the institute, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Local SEO (Google Business Profile), website updates, and content creation.
- Social Media Management: Keep our social media handles vibrant by planning regular posts, updates, and daily stories.
- Paid Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize paid Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
- Core Goal: Focus all corporate digital marketing efforts on significantly increasing the institute's brand visibility and local reach.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Strong, hands-on knowledge of SEO, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads Manager, Content Creation, and basic Website Management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam to effectively teach and mentor.
- Passion for Teaching: Ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts in a simple, practical, and structured manner.
- Multitasking Ability: Comfortably balance classroom training hours with corporate digital marketing execution.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
