Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch daily orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and tracking details
- Maintain dispatch records and update order status in the system
- Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit
- Monitor and manage return (RTO) shipments
- Coordinate with the warehouse and customer support team
- Conduct basic inventory checks and stock updates
