Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, manpower, material coordination, and execution of fire protection system work as per drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Monitoring
- Supervise installation work for fire fighting & fire alarm systems at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Plan daily work activities and achieve project targets.
Manpower Handling
- Deploy and manage fitters, helpers, welders, and other workers efficiently.
- Monitor attendance and productivity of site manpower.
- Maintain discipline and safety at site.
Material Management
- Raise material requirements in advance.
- Track material received, used, and balance stock at site.
- Avoid material wastage and ensure proper storage.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit Daily Progress Report (DPR) on time.
- Maintain site work records and measurement details.
- Coordinate with the project manager/office for updates and approvals.
Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other agencies at site.
- Report site issues, delays, and technical challenges to seniors immediately.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure quality workmanship as per company standards.
- Follow all safety norms and ensure workers use PPE.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (Firefighting / MEP preferred).
- Ability to read drawings and plan execution.
- Good team handling and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting for DPR.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in fire fighting projects.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
- Ready to travel to different project sites if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
