Qualification: BE Mechanical / Electrical
Location: Ambernath (Harness Division)
Key Skills:
1. Improve machine availability, preventive maintenance, TPM, breakdown reduction, and maintenance planning.
2. Equipment Upkeep: Maintain wire cutting, stripping, terminal crimping machines, and assembly conveyors to reduce downtime.
3. Preventive Programs: Build and run routine check schedules for plant machinery.
4. Team Leadership: Supervise technicians, assign shifts, and train staff on safety rules.
5. Budget & Inventory: Track department spending and stock critical spare parts.
6. Compliance: Enforce workplace safety and environmental rules on the shop floor.
7. Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of electrical controls, pneumatic systems, and machinery troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
