KRA & Job Description
1. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
2. Accepting and closing orders in the billing software.
3. Ensuring timely delivery of all orders – online & offline
4. Responsible for forwarding orders to the kitchen team, and keeping an up-to-date
item wise summary in peak business hours by working closely with the kitchen
team.
5. Handing over orders and briefing well to the delivery executives.
6. Resolving customer feedbacks / complaints quickly and efficiently
7. Keeping customers updated on the latest menu, new items added, in order to
increase sales.
8. Expanding customer base by upselling and cross selling.
9. Very good inter personal and communication skills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft applications
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:
Experience:
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (Preferred)
