Job Purpose
Build and manage rapport with MNC clients to ensure customer acquisition, retention, and income generation by offering the Bank's products and services, including Assets, Liabilities, Trade, Cash Management, and Cross-sell.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development - Existing Client Relationship Management
Generate revenue by offering Bank products and services.
Identify new opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Maintain strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct joint client calls with Product, Service, and Credit teams.
Perform periodic visits to client sites for business development.
Business Development - New Client Acquisition
Identify and develop potential customers for the Bank.
Acquire new relationships through follow-ups and client meetings.
Product Penetration & Cross-Sell
Identify opportunities to cross-sell suitable products.
Increase wallet share by offering value-added solutions.
Prepare credit appraisals and analyze financial statements.
Monitor credit health and ensure timely service delivery.
Knowledge Building and Market Intelligence
Stay updated on regulations and internal guidelines.
Share market updates and competitive insights with peers.
Engage with competition to identify emerging opportunities.
Propose innovative solutions to increase business.
Education:
MBA/CA/ICWA/CFA with 6+ years of relevant experience.
