About the job
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our production team as Assembly Trainees. The selected candidates will be trained in assembling industrial automation products and control panels while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Assemble electrical and electronic components as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
· Assist in wiring, panel assembly, and mechanical fitting activities.
· Perform basic testing and inspection of assembled products.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
· Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
· Report assembly issues or material shortages to the supervisor.
· Support inventory handling and material movement when required.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
· Basic understanding of electrical or electronic components.
· Ability to read simple engineering drawings is an advantage.
· Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
· Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
· Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
· Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
· Exposure to industrial automation or electrical panel assembly is an added advantage.
· Freshers with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
Education and Experience:
- ITI (Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Wireman, Fitter, Instrument Mechanic, or related trade)
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience - Fresher
- 2025 -2026 passouts only.
