Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to explain company services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and presentation skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or any degree).

- Prior experience in sales or business development is an added advantage.
