Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, network security, CCTV surveillance systems, and infrastructure deployment.
The role involves design, implementation, troubleshooting, and management of multi-site network and surveillance environments. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Switching & Routing (Core Responsibility)
- Design, configure, and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure
- Implement and maintain:
- VLANs and Inter-VLAN Routing
- STP and loop prevention mechanisms
- Static and dynamic routing
- Perform network segmentation, IP planning, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to switching, routing, and network performance
2. Network Security
- Configure and manage enterprise firewall and security solutions
- Implement:
- Firewall policies and access control
- NAT (SNAT/DNAT)
- Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs (IPSec/SSL)
- Monitor and troubleshoot:
- Traffic flow and access issues
- VPN connectivity and stability
- Security-related incidents
- Apply best practices for network security and hardening
3. CCTV / Surveillance Systems
- Design, deploy, and manage IP-based CCTV systems:
- IP Cameras (Bullet, Dome, PTZ)
- NVR/DVR systems and VMS platforms
- Plan and validate:
- Camera placement and coverage
- Network bandwidth and storage requirements
- Troubleshoot:
- Camera connectivity issues
- Video loss, latency, and recording failures
- Remote monitoring and access issues
- Ensure seamless integration of CCTV systems with network infrastructure
4. Structured Cabling & Infrastructure
- Execute and oversee:
- CAT6 cabling, patching, I/O termination
- Rack installation, cable dressing, and labeling
- Coordinate and validate:
- Fiber optic connectivity and termination
- Ensure adherence to structured cabling and rack management standards
5. Multi-Site Project Execution
- Plan and execute network and surveillance deployments across multiple sites
- Manage:
- Site readiness and infrastructure setup
- Device configuration and commissioning
- Ensure standardization of configurations across locations
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and quality of implementation
6. Technical Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and support junior engineers and field technicians
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and service providers
- Provide guidance during installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
7. Troubleshooting & Support
- Handle critical network and surveillance issues independently
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
- Provide onsite and remote support across multiple locations
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain:
- Network diagrams and IP addressing schemes
- Security policies and VPN details
- CCTV layouts and camera mapping
- Prepare project reports, implementation documents, and issue logs
Required Technical Skills
Networking
- Strong expertise in Switching & Routing (L2/L3)
- VLAN, STP, Inter-VLAN Routing
- Static and dynamic routing
Security
- Hands-on experience with firewall and network security solutions
- NAT, Firewall Policies, VPN (IPSec/SSL)
- Traffic analysis and troubleshooting
Surveillance
- Experience with IP CCTV systems and VMS platforms
- Camera network integration and troubleshooting
Infrastructure
- Strong understanding of structured cabling and fiber connectivity
- Rack design, cable management, and infrastructure standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT, Networking, or Electronics
- Certifications such as:
- CCNA / CCNP
- Network security certifications (e.g., NSE, equivalent)
- Experience in multi-site or enterprise deployments
Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
- Effective communication and client-handling skills
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for site deployments and support
- Ability to handle multiple sites and parallel project activities

This role is intended for engineers with strong hands-on experience in networking, security, and surveillance deployments, capable of managing end-to-end implementation across multiple locations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
