Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to promote our products, generate sales, and enhance customer awareness. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and demonstrate products to customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential buyers.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and product launches.
Prepare and submit sales reports as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales promotion, retail sales, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel, if required.
