Position: Accountant
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle GST-related work, and ensure accurate bookkeeping for our garment wholesale and trading business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and daily financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Handle GST filing and compliance activities.
- Maintain ledger accounts and stock-related accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and customers regarding accounts.
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements as required.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Understanding of GST, bookkeeping, and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience in wholesale, trading, or garment industry will be preferred.
