Core Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and implement creative, standards-aligned lessons across subjects (literacy, numeracy, science, etc.) using diverse methods (whole-class, group work, play).
- Classroom Management: Organize the classroom, set up displays, maintain discipline, and create a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
- Student Assessment & Progress: Evaluate student learning through tests, assignments, and observation; provide feedback; set homework; and track academic/social-emotional growth.
- Parent & Stakeholder Communication: Hold parent-teacher meetings, provide progress reports, and collaborate with colleagues, TAs, and specialists.
- Administrative Duties: Take attendance, mark work, maintain student records, and handle administrative tasks.
- Safeguarding & Well-being: Ensure a safe environment, follow child protection policies, and support students' overall development.
- School Activities: Participate in staff meetings, professional development, outings, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Education.
