seasoned team of engineers and technicians boasting extensive expertise in Residential,
Commercial and industrial refrigeration air conditioning, our company is known for its
excellence in the field. We have over 18 years of experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager. The Sales will be responsible for weekly
sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and closing
deals. Additionally, the Sales will provide support to consultants, Architect and clients,
understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and target potential customers through calling, networking, and other lead
generation techniques.
● Research and gather information on prospective clients to understand their needs
and preferences.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, acting
as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
● Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and provide them with
expert advice and solutions to address their needs effectively.
● Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features,
benefits, and value proposition of our products and services.
● Highlight the competitive advantages of our offerings and address any questions or
concerns raised by customers during the sales process.
● Prepare and present proposals, quotations, tender BOQ’s and contracts to
prospective clients, negotiating terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
● Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines, ensuring
customer satisfaction and retention.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to
identify new business opportunities and enhance our competitive positioning.
● Provide regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, opportunities
pursued, and deals closed, to management for performance evaluation and strategic
planning.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
● Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 4-5 years of experience
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to build and maintain client relationships
● Excellent negotiation and closing skills
● Candidate must be willing to travel for field sales
● Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and components
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
● Knowledge of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
● Experience working with key industry brands and suppliers
● Understanding of energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions
● Technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
● Experience in project management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
