Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer proficient in Blender and Rhino to create high-quality 3D models, product designs, visualizations, and renders. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and design principles with the ability to convert concepts and ideas into accurate digital models.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models using Blender and Rhino based on design concepts, sketches, references, and specifications.
- Develop accurate 3D assets, product models, architectural/design models, and visualizations.
- Create realistic renders, materials, textures, lighting setups, and animations where required.
- Modify and optimize existing 3D models as per project requirements.
- Prepare technical drawings, design layouts, and model files for production/client presentation.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of 3D models and renders.
- Maintain proper file organization, naming conventions, and project documentation.
- Research new design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.
- Troubleshoot modeling, rendering, and file compatibility issues.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Blender (modeling, sculpting, UV mapping, texturing, rendering).
- Strong proficiency in Rhino 3D (surface modeling, NURBS modeling, product/industrial design workflows).
- Knowledge of rendering engines such as:
- Cycles / Eevee (Blender)
- V-Ray / KeyShot / other rendering tools (preferred)
- Understanding of:
- 3D modeling techniques
- Materials and textures
- Lighting and composition
- Product visualization
- Basic animation and motion graphics (added advantage)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Good understanding of design aesthetics and proportions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret 2D drawings, sketches, and references.
- Problem-solving approach with strong design thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in:
- 3D Design
- Industrial Design
- Architecture
- Product Design
- Animation / Multimedia
- Any related field
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in 3D design/modeling preferred.
- Freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
A creative 3D artist/designer with strong technical skills in Blender and Rhino, capable of transforming concepts into professional-quality 3D models and visual presentations while maintaining design accuracy and project timelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
