Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a Relationship Manager for our CAT Axis division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to promote our insurance products, manage renewals, and address any inquiries or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to enhance client portfolios.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure all their insurance needs are met and provide policy updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely processing of applications and claims.
- Monitor client account activity and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Provide education and information to clients about insurance products, market trends, and company offerings.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or insurance advisory roles.
