- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Welcome patients and ensure a smooth and professional patient experience throughout their clinic visit.
- Understand patients' aesthetic and dermatological concerns and provide appropriate pre-treatment counselling based on the doctor's recommendations.
- Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, treatment plans, precautions, and aftercare in a clear and patient-friendly manner.
- Coordinate between doctors, dermatologists, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure timely and efficient treatment delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, follow-ups, and aftercare.
- Identify suitable opportunities for upselling and cross-selling aesthetic treatments, packages, maintenance procedures, and skincare products based on patient needs and doctor recommendations.
- Educate patients about recommended dermatological and aesthetic products, including their usage and benefits.
- Follow up with existing patients to encourage treatment continuity, maintenance sessions, and recommended skincare routines.
- Support patient retention by maintaining strong relationships and providing excellent customer service and counselling.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, feedback, and basic service-related issues professionally, escalating medical concerns to the appropriate doctor.
- Maintain accurate patient records, appointment details, treatment plans, sales information, and follow-up records.
- Assist in achieving monthly appointment, conversion, product sales, treatment, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate treatment packages, memberships, promotions, and clinic offers.
- Ensure all patient interactions and sales activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with the doctor's recommendations and clinic protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow clinic hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
