Role Overview
Support the Managing Director’s office in:

Project planning and tracking
- Management reporting
- Coordination with departments
- Data analysis and dashboards
- Business reviews and progress monitoring
- Strategic project support
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare project schedules using:
- Primavera P6
- MS Project
- Excel dashboards
- Track project progress against baseline plans
- Monitor delays and critical activities
2. MIS & Reporting
- Create:
- Weekly progress reports
- Monthly MIS reports
- KPI dashboards
- Executive summaries for MD review
- Present project status in concise management format
3. Coordination Role
- Coordinate with:
- Site teams
- Procurement
- Contracts
- Finance
- QA/QC
- Follow up on pending action items
4. Data Analysis
- Analyze:
- Project cost vs budget
- Productivity
- Resource utilization
- Risk and delay factors
- Generate insights for management decisions
5. Documentation & Presentation
- Prepare:
- PPT presentations
- MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Review documents
- Strategic notes for management meetings
