Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook Pages for monetization.
- Upload and schedule videos on Facebook.
- Ensure content follows Meta monetization policies.
- Monitor Page Performance, Reach, and Engagement.
- Track monetization eligibility and performance metrics.
- Research trending content and viral topics.
- Optimize video titles, captions, hashtags, and thumbnails.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Video Editing teams.
- Maintain reports and daily performance updates.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Facebook and Meta Business Suite.
- Passion for social media and digital content.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Facebook Creator Studio/Professional Dashboard is a plus.
- Basic MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
