- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by providing necessary support to ensure smooth sales operations, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Order Processing: Managing the order process from start to finish, including order entry, processing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Customer Communication: Acting as a liaison between the sales team and clients, addressing customer inquiries, and providing product or service information.
- Data Entry and Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer details, sales activities, and inventory. This could include updating CRM systems and generating reports for the sales team or management.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinating between various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, and logistics) to ensure that customer orders and requests are handled efficiently and promptly.
- Managing Schedules and Appointments: Organizing and scheduling meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for the sales team with clients and potential leads.
